Somewhere Only I Would Know

Wishful thinking only gets you so far. It got him to the sick part of town. He was here six months ago and is still here. He's far from just being a lost boy. He knew something worth knowing and in a world like this secrets are poison. They drain you out taking their sweet time, never missing a drop. He wants to live but this world won't let him. A forgotten past and too many questions. He doesn't dare ask but someone wants him to. They want him to remember. They want him to suffer. And so he does.
