In an era where technology was still being explored to its fullest extend and ninja assassins were still hired, a young orphan was finding it hard to convince himself each day why he should still be alive. His fellow villagers hated him, wanted him dead. If it was not for the Hokage who somewhat protected him, they would've had his head the day he was born. Young Naruto can't understand why everyone calls him 'monster', 'killer'. He's so innocent and naive. Young Sasuke who happened to be a year older than Naruto, was a happy and arrogant child. He had a huge and powerful clan, and a nice, loving family even though his father was very strict. His mother's warmth balanced out his father's sternness.

After a tragic encounter with the Kyuubi, the new Hokage had to do something to keep the beast under control. The village couldn't afford to lose more people. And so, the Hokage had Naruto, the host of the Nine Tails, marry at a young age. He had to marry none other than Sasuke Uchiha! Both boys were so blind to the conspiracies involving them. Especially Naruto who was bonded to an even worse Uchiha.

Familial betrayal will ensue that chaos erupt. Façades will fall and outsiders will see the true Konohagakure. Friends will break apart and reunite again after years. Ironic how a war will be the thing to unite the great nations. My tale starts sadly, but it definitely won't end that way.
