Kyosuke Hayashi lost his family members at a young age as well as his girlfriend. He was near death when he suddenly went into a coma traveling from 1864 to 2021. Not knowing anything, he was sent to a mental asylum where he received a letter from the past. Is his girlfriend actually dead or does he need to fulfill his promises with her for life to be how it was before.
