Also his journey to becoming a she and a completely different person in general but still with that big heart her mother taught her to have.

His whole life Deku questions his gender and eventually comes to the conclusion that he is a guy. So he changes his name from Izumi to Izuku, at least thats what he tells his friends his name is, his father refuses to use his name and constantly dead names him.
