Grace Marie Standford and Louis William Tomlinson have been best friends since they were born and Grace has been in love with louis since the day she turned seven and now that they have been seperated and havent spoken to each other for 2 years, Grace needs louis' help to complete everything on her bucket list as she has a 75% chance of death as she has cancer. Will they complete her bucket list and will they find a way for Grace to survive, will louis realise that grace loves him and does he feel the same ??
