Dr. Pechi Dasari and Dr. Rana Shetty, doctors in a hospital in Canberra, Australia, while Pechi is just beginning her Masters in Surgical Research, Rana is an established Neurosurgeon, teacher and a researcher. 

Hailing from South India, and trying to find her way out of harsh circumstances, Pechi begins her journey in an unknown country, dealing with the harsh reality of racism, a love story she didn't anticipate, as well as carry her familial duties as a daughter and a sister in her very destructive family conditions. 

Rana is an established Neurosurgeon, and despite working in Australia for almost 13 years, he still struggles from time to time to defend his integrity, preserve his South Indian roots but also establish his identity, untouched - all whilst dealing with severe OCD, and trauma from the past.
