In Universe 4, people write letters to their soulmates and usually put their own codes at the bottom part of the paper. These letters are sent to the Letter Centre and are delivered immediately.
Triva is so in love with the one she's exchanging letters to and often talks about him with Keans, her bestfriend for years who's also eager to see her own soulmate. Both of them went on double date with them after deciding when to finally meet.
Conflict arises when Siell,her soulmate, stopped sending her letters after meeting her for the first time.
