Melody was the only name she ever had. She doesn't know who her parents were, or how she ended up on the streets of Rome as a baby. All her life she has lived in Underbridge Orphanage along with her only friend, Jayce.
However, in the course of one night her whole life unravels after she is brutally attacked by creatures from another realm, then saved by Jayce who is no longer her friend but an Elf sent by the King Hendrix Castodian - who also happens to be her father - to protect her. An enemy she never knew existed is after her for leverage in a war that threatens all Scenes, including Earth.
When she is caught in a world totally different from her own, she must navigate through enemy lines while also battling with her own heart that happens to be torn between two sides.
But an even greater threat is looming on the horizon, that could end both Scenes who are already at war. Will Melody help them set aside their differences before it's too late and neither side can win?
