When Snow White, the most wanted Outlaw in all the kingdoms, is captured by the dashing Prince Finnian, it is hate at first sight. But as they embark on a journey that will take them across the land, could their relationship morph into something else?
Once upon a time, long, long, ago in a land far, far away . . .
~
My heart hammered in my chest as I sprinted through the dark and tangled forest. A thick layer of mist had covered the ground in the pitch-black, so it was impossible to see. Branches and brush grabbed at my cloak. My pursuers crashed through the undergrowth behind me, gaining. Faster. I pushed, lifting my knees to lengthen my stride, but it did next to nothing. Something whistled past my ear and lodged into a tree on my left. I couldn't keep running forever. But every moment spent being chased was a moment not owned by her. Several other objects-arrows, I assumed- whistled past. A stabbing ache was growing in my side and I desperately sucked in the cool forest air. Something snagged around my ankle and I sprawled into a clearing, feeling a sharp pain in my wrist. An eloquent string of curses spewed out of my mouth before I could stop them.

"Don't move, by order of the Queen!" A deep, gruff voice demanded, still coming towards me. I had every intention of disobeying, but when I tried to haul myself to my feet, my wrist wouldn't support me and pain blurred my vision. Wonderful - broken wrist. Lovely. I rolled over to see my attackers. The man stumbled into view. I could hardly see him in the faint starlight, but I knew exactly what he looked like.

Aaand I ran out of room. GO READ!

AN: This story will have mature themes and may be triggering, ie: smut, violence, etc. She always enjoyed her weekly walk through the park, no matter the time of year. It made her happy that the cold weather tended to make the park less crowded than usual as she continued to walk her favorite path that would lead her to a large empty field of grass that held her favorite shade tree. When she got there Emily's brown eyes lit up at the blanket of snow that sparkled and shimmered on the ground, untouched by others trampling through it. When she eyed her spot under her tree, she made her way to it and cleared a space from the snow, so she could sit on the ground comfortably. Once Emily was curled up on the ground against the side of the tree, she pulled a book from her knapsack and began to read. There's nothing like spending the first couple of hours reading under my tree after a whole week at work. Emily got lost in the pages of her book until she noticed she kept sniffling from the cold and was wiping her nose against her heavy coat, which made her loop up to see the sky had turned to twilight. "Shit!" She growled as she bookmarked the page she left off from and stiffly stood as she shoved the book into her bag. "Davis is going to wonder where the hell I am." She made her way back to the path when a flash of white light made her shield her eyes. "What the hell was that?" She looked around, blinking black spots from her vision when she noticed there was a huge circle in the field that was now completely free of snow and in the center of it, lay a man wearing green and gold. *FROM MY OLD ACCOUNT* It started the day the sky was painted with red. Whether it was from that cursed red iron, or the blood of falling fey, Yuna did not know. What she did know, however, was that the tumbling stone and wood from the buildings surrounding her were mere seconds away from crushing her. Not a fate she had imagined for herself, and she certainly never imagined a man with hair and wings like snow to swoop in and rescue her. The events of that fateful day of war and marriage catapult Yuna into a world so unlike her own; a world of the Moors, a world of becoming Queen Aurora's right hand woman, and a world where a certain Tundra Fae and herself bridge the gap between their kinds. Just what had Yuna gotten herself into? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "It is truly by the most divine blessing," Udo's voice was soft, his slender fingers gently cradling Yuna's face. The Tundra Fae's eyes glistened with unshed tears as he stared into Yuna's dark eyes, smiling warmly at her. Yuna's mouth was agape as she stared up at the man, who stared down at her like she were some precious jewel, or a star shining in a dark night sky. A warmth spread throughout her chest, and she felt stray tears begin to streak down her cheeks. She did not trust her voice to speak. Udo chuckled, brushing them away with his thumbs. He placed his forehead onto Yuna's, conscious of his long white horns, and closed his eyes. "It is truly by the most divine blessing, that our of all the stars and cosmos, the fates led me to you."

[ magic, romance and madness. ] Everyone knew that a romance between a guardian and their protégé always ended in tragedy - yet they risked it. One day, I read that in real-life fairy tales, the princess sometimes needs to befriend the dragon and kill the prince, perhaps not to the most extreme extent, considering the prince's utility. (*Wink*). Twenty years had passed since the demise of the last living descendant bearing the bloodline of a potent family within the mystical realm. Individuals who possessed magic more formidable than anyone could have fathomed and that very magic could be pilfered if they were to meet an untimely end-a rumour ignited like wildfire. Word began to spread about the sole surviving member of the Lysion family, the last vestige of a lineage renowned for their blessings from the gods (or, as some argue, their curses), once no more than bedtime tales for children. Two decades earlier, a game of hide and seek unfolded that culminated in the death of the final Lysion at the hands of Oldo Blake, a formidable figure in the annals of history. Or so the story goes. An obscure girl. A concealed secret. A relentless pursuit. With a motley crew of bewildering Other Siders on her trail and an absolute dearth of knowledge on how to harness her precious magic, Rosélina Johnson's life transformed from that of an inconspicuous university student to that of a fugitive in the mystic realm, utterly unprepared for what lay ahead.

Fate leads those who are willing but must push those who are not. One might interpret this saying a bit too literal. After all, Elena did end up on the bottom of a hill in the middle of a forest, suffering several injuries. But do not worry, fate loves a rebel and has something magical stored for our sarcastic heroine. Time travel. An adventure in the 16th century was not something our main character had in mind, but when her path is built with music and joy, it can't be that bad, right? Oh, who am I kidding. . . At first glance, it seemed to be the perfect fairytale for our main character; being able to experience the medieval time and be surrounded by enchantment wherever she went. She even meets a monk, blessed with the gift of music, who shares her passion and is willing to teach Elena the secrets of the piano. It's perfect. But it was only the tip of the iceberg. Elena's piece of tranquility is broken when she stumbles into another mess, leaving her caged and alone in the forest. Fortunately for our heroine, a prince crosses her path, helping her in her need. One might see this as the Universe's way for entertainment, or the fate's bizarre tactics to bring people together. Whatever it might be, it did not stop Elena from catching the eye of the prince of a powerful kingdom. Before anyone knows what's even happening, they're caught in the middle of it all; like a cat trapped in a yarn. After all, even the stone you trip on is a part of your destiny. What happens when the Universe, and basically everything between hell and heaven, is against you? Simple: it's a journey filled with unforgettable events. So buckle up, folks, because you are in for a ride of pirates, songs, chases, jokes, and a broken soul. After all, there is no flying from fate.
