Aizawa sensei is like a father figure for Kaminari, his home life isn't great, so he sees Aizawa as more of a parental figure. This is good and all, but if he disappoints aizawa, he has a full on mental breakdown, because he's disappointed the one person he sees is there for him as a parental figure. However, it's the same with his friends, if he let's them down, he gets afraid they'll leave him and forget about him, so he has a breakdown because of that.
