The government has more secrets then anyone will ever know. Gene and Vins are both one of them. They are both AI made by the government. The robots are undercover agents meant to find seek and kill anyone they are told too. However they were given personalities like any other person. It was so they could blend in much easier. Both can talk, listen and even feel emotions like a normal person. It was because of that that Gene ran away in hopes of starting a regular life. However, how can you start a future when your past keeps coming back to haunt you.
