Not all of the mane six died of old age, FlutterShy was one of the few who didn't. She was in an accident, that ended in her death, and Discord was a second too late. He held her lifeless corpse in his arms and grieved immensely, screaming at the top of his lungs. She was killed, the wounds she had provided that info, it didn't exactly look like an animal attack. 

She was bloody but she was good with animals, incredibly good, there's not an animal in the world who didn't trust her and love her. So, after hours on end of staying with her body, he finally brought her back to Twilight. Who of course being immortal couldn't die of old age, like Discord, Celestia, and Luna. Possibly Chrysalis, and Twilight was shattered when she saw the body of her friend, lifeless. 

At the funeral she was mourned by many ponies and shortly after learnt that Sombra and Chrysalis were around. Twilight tried to convince Discord not to go after them, but he was broken, his first love and first friend was killed. That is bound to drive any pony mad, or any creature in this situation, she was the only one to understand him. Along with the anger came chaos, and him resorting back to his old ways, and there was no way to return him to stone.

One of the elements was dead, though he didn't take over Ponyville, he took over the Everfree, he lives amongst the forest now. Centuries later, little to no sign of Sombra and Chrysalis, and Discord is left to live in grief, madness and chaos. But what happens after all of Twilight's friends have passed? Naturally she fell into a depression, but what will happen when the reincarnation of a certain mare comes to be?All Rights Reserved

In regards to the My Little Pony universe, this fanfic takes place in an alternate My Little Pony universe where all characters and events starting from the end of season 3 of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic to the end of the show never happened. I don't want to give away too much about what will happen, but enjoy. In the middle of foal napping baby Flurryheart, King Sombra gets defeated twice by the mane six. After the second defeat he is banished to the dungeons below the crystal empire. After a 16 years of being trapped in the dungeon below the crystal empire, Flurryheart stumbles upon the dungeon and sees the king in a cage. He ends up lying to her to gain her trust. As they become close king Sombra scams his next plan that involves using Flurryheart for his own plans, will he end up actually falling in love with the young princess of love? Or will his plans to take over Equestria once and for all put a stop to their friendship.

However, due to the Changeling invasion during the royal wedding, the negative energies it produced also frees Discord from his stone prison, who also decides that Earth should be his new playground. Meanwhile the Autobots continue to defend Earth from Megatron, and his Decepticons; ignorant that a new player is about to release chaos upon the world. And Megatron is not about to let another would-be conqueror steal his prize. Equestria also has it's problems when Queen Chrysalis returns to Canterlot, bent on usurping Celestia and Luna. Twilight Sparkle, and Optimus Prime must save two worlds from three powerful villains.
