My life used to be perfect... I had the perfect family and the perfect boyfriend.. And well my friends were stuck up but that's besides the point. I was so happy. I thought nothing could ever happen ( I was a little naive) I was wrong.. In the blink if an eye my whole life was crumbling before me... And my brother and I never saw it coming.. We would have never thought that with in 2 days our whole life could be destroyed..

1 month ago i found a dog in the middle of the street. 1 month ago, he became my best friend. 1 month ago, he became my closest companion. My amigo, my partner in crime, the furry animal that slept in my bed every. single. night. Once known as, my dog, dexter, has turned into a, very, very attractive boy named Shawn Last night, he became my "Mate". Whatever that means. And here's the funniest part. I'm human. THERE IS A HELL TON OF GRAMMAR AND SPELLING MISTAKES. I started this book younger than what most ya'll think so if there's more grammar mistakes in the beginning deal with it cause I'm in the process of fixing it. -Let's get this straight. From a dead end job to a useless crazy ex boyfriend- my happiness is with my best friend yet the fear of our relationship ending completely scares me and id rather fake it and be in fear than find out and never be happy. It sucks, seeing him everyday and knowing what i feel for him and how deep those feelings go is painful...- But when he comes around everything changes for the best and for the worst. I stripped off My clothes and got in the shower. Then, I herd a loud gunshot. I grabbed a robe off the bathroom rack and put it on. Then, before anything. BAM! Another gun shot went off right in front of me. I had no Idea what just happened. I screamed and the man realized what he did so he dropped the gun and ran . On his way out he crashed into the wall the crawled out the door. I quickly turned on the light and ran over to Brooklyn. Blood gushing out his head.I grabbed the phone from the couch then I was on the phone with 911. It rang then a Lady was on the phone. "Hello 911, what's your emergency?" "Please help me.
