Just a Normal Irregularity

In this world, there exists three different types of people, Normal, Special, and the Abnormal.

According to Ajimu Najimi, every 1,000 years, a certain individual is born, which goes beyond all logic. In this case, such person is our beloved [Main Character], Kurokami Medaka. This person was someone who will never lose, as the [Plot] demands it. This is how this world works.
