According to the multiverse theory-yeah, probably. And in that universe, 14-year-old Max Carsley is trying to survive being a teenager and a prince, all while living in a star-spanning civilization full of alien species, political chaos, and secrets that could shake the galaxy.

Flying cars? Check. Wormhole portals? Check. Friends who actually make life make sense? Double check. Max's world is beautiful, messy, and more complicated than he ever signed up for-and the deeper he digs, the more he learns that ruling a planet is the least of his problems.
