While seventeen year old playboy, Tony Samuels. Who used to live in a big mansion and spent most of his nights in clubs or with a girl with no clothes. When his father gets fired from his job, the Samuels have to move to a new town, new house, new place. Tony hates everything about the small town. Except for his next door neighbor, Baby.
