I don't own these characters just bored during a winter storm.

Harry has a drinking problem, but doesn't admit it to himself. He thinks no one is aware of this. However, he couldn't be farthest from the truth. Someone always comes and saves him. No matter how far gone he is, and he can't ever figure out whom.
And all of a sudden he has a bracelet that magically appears on his wrist? Right before he starts school.
Why is it there?
Who put it there and for what?
And who is taking care of him?
