Under a Gilded Cage
Gilded: (Adj.) Covered thinly with gold. In the crumbling kingdom of Fraus, the death of the royal family has plunged the realm into chaos. The law targets the so-called Aberrants: young people marked with a mysterious "7" on their left wrist, destined with dangerous powers that the regime fears and seeks to eradicate. Ivelle Aarelaid, a resourceful young woman, is driven by a singular purpose: to protect her younger brother, Blaine. With his abilities making him an even more vulnerable target, Blaine's survival hinges on Ivelle's courage. In a world where fear is law and the extraordinary is condemned, Ivelle must decide how far she is willing to go to defy a system built on cruelty-and whether the bonds of blood and hope can spark a revolution that frees not just her brother, but all those marked by fate. _______ "What do you want?" Ivelle asked, her hands fidgeting more. "What I want," he leaned forward, a breath away from Ivelle's face. Ivelle tried her best to not make her eyes fall to his plump lips. He was alluring. His skin dazzling like a million stars that are trapped on the surface. "Would you give it to me if I asked?" He whispered out, his breath touching her lips. _______ Note: This is entirely my work. I plan to make it a trilogy later in the future. I hope you enjoy it as much as I loved writing it!
Burntout
My dagger poised over his heart I scornfully asked the king,❝Any last words, your highness?❞ ❝It was never me.❞ I plunged my weapon downwards, sending blood spurting. The crimson substance was spilling from his mouth like red wine. I twisted my dagger and then pulled it out of his chest. The marble floors were now stained with his blood and I gazed as it seeped through his white shirt. ❝Your reign is over. ❞ ________________ Andromeda Holloway is pulled into a realm of lies and memories when she finds out she's one of them. Flesh and bone in this world but one never meant to be in it until the day he returns to take her back, 4 years after she arrived. Memories of another world, a world that is nothing more but ink on a page, resurface and so does the memory of this man, the one who she was set to marry 4 years ago. But what if it's all a lie? What if her faith is tied to something different, one of the few memories that didn't seem to return, perhaps? Bloody powerplays and trickery are woven into this fairytale grandeur but what if there's someone out there, silently protecting her for fear of losing his life like he once almost did. The only problem is... it's not the one who came for her... ___________ All pictures found on Pinterest including the cover image. I do not own any of them unless I say so. Sneak Peaks for Kingdom Hearts journeys
I had this in my mind today, and I thought I could do this. I'm gonna write scenes from the Kingdom Hearts journeys.
The King and the War Dancer
A not-so-nice fairytale where Prince Charming is actually a ruthless king and the princess-in-distress isn't really a princess, more of a dancer to die for...literally. A fairytale isn't always rainbows and giggles when the "star-crossed" lovers are anything but falling in love at first sight. They both have an agenda, and killing each other is part of it. ALL OPINIONS AND FEEDBACKS ARE WELCOME Don't forget to vote and comment on the story. Thanks.Complete
Blood and Stars
This is my take on a few cliches in the romance-fantasy world, but fear not! I've added quite a few sick twists and turns ;) - - - - - - - He's royalty. She's a thief.
