Every person has had a good moment in their life. A moment where they don't have to worry about money, dates, their parents, or where their next meal will come from. Even if that moment lasts half a second, it is there.
Same for Whitney. She grew up a happy child with loving parents and lots of friends. Now she is seventeen and everything is wrong. Her secrets are tearing her apart.
Nineteen-year-old Niall is there for her though. He doesn't know what happened in Whitney's past. He can't see what will happen in the future either.
Slowly, they tell each other what they think is necessary in order for the other to be happy. Whitney's troubles and Niall's attempts to make it better create a crazy roller coaster of emotions, complete with loops, corkscrews, and sudden turns, drops, and stops.
