Evangeline has always known heartbreak. From her parents being murdered in front of her eyes, to her brother lost, presumedly dead, she has grown accustomed to darkness. She has lived by herself, alone in the woods for many years, little interaction with other races.
As she is about to leave to find her brother Xavier, she is soon requested by Gandalf to join him and 15 others on a quest that will either end with her death, or with her finding an unexpected love.
