Ginger Randall had the Feral Cat quirk. Basically, anything a cat can do, but extremely feral. Being deemed dangerous in America, they were sent to U.A. High School to gain more training and get control over their quirk. Once they are treated as an actual human being and not a Hero Weapon, do they return to the United States as required or do they rebel?
