18-year-old Hope may look like the average brown- haired girl, but she's an obsessed fangirl who can barely control what she does. She is constantly refreshing YouTube so that she can watch his videos right when they've been uploaded, hanging posters of his face all over her small apartment, and even her videos on YouTube themselves have crazy fangirling in them. But one day Sean uploads a new video saying that he is moving near Hope, and she soon finds out that someone is moving into the apartment across from her's . . .
