Charlie is a Korean who was transferred to america when he was only a few months old and grew up in the american Orphanage.
Charlie was adopted at the age of 14 by american parents and Charlie doesn't know anything about himself or who he truly is. He has trouble figuring out his identity and makes poor choices that will stick with him forever.
He doesn't understand proper emotions and always doubts himself. Most of it comes from the torture or pain people inflicted on him in his youth.
