This is a very unprofessional description. Anyway, this was inspired by my mom (sort of). So recently in our neighborhood someone got breast cancer and passed away. I've never really experienced death so close to me before, so I felt really full of emotions and that's where this writing came from. I think it's one of the better things I've written although it's super short and isn't really a story.

An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. THAT FIRST BREAK (Broken Redemption Prequel 1)
Choosing her cost me everything I'd ever loved... including her. I had everything a guy could ask for, a loving family, the perfect small-town life, and a promising future I had worked hard for. It should have been enough. She was off-limits, my parent's best friend's daughter, practically my sister. I fought my feelings, pretending our soul-deep connection didn't exist. When she confessed she felt the same, I pushed her away, believing our friendship mattered more than temporary infatuation. That she agreed should have come as a relief, but it left me with this void I didn't know how to fill. It's what drove me to the bonfire that night. Right there, with our friends as witnesses, I claimed her. Told her I loved her and made her promises I shouldn't have made. Hours later, it all came crashing down in a whirlwind of fire and ashes. That one split-second choice to go after a girl that wasn't meant for me cost me everything I loved. I never should have crossed that line or given in. It's why she'll forever be my greatest love and deepest regret. This tragic story is the beginning of our end...

"Don't look at me like that. I promise I will make you feel like a queen, when living here." He said looking straight through me. He came closer and tried to kiss me. I turned my head making him to kiss my cheek instead. "One day you will kiss me. You will learn to love me too and learn to forget about Dakota Grey." He whispered taking a piece of my hair and tucking it behind my ear. "I will never love a monster like you." I said. "I have a feeling you will." He said, giving me a one sided smirk. "You don't know me." I said. He chuckled. "My love, of course I do." He said. "No you don't, we just met." I replied. "So many things you need to learn." He said playing with my hair. "Get your hands off me!" I said pushing them back. He gave me a devilish smile and got on top of me. "You don't disrespect your future husband! You will be a good girl and listen to everything I say! Is that clear?!" He growled. I kept my mouth shut and didn't dare to look at him. He grabbed my face with his hands and forcefully kissed me. I was screaming even louder thinking I was going to die. But then I landed in somebody's arms. I reacted quickly and punched the guy in the face. He let go of his grip on me and I started running only to be grabbed by another person. I kicked the person in the shin and then stomped on his left foot making him lose his balance. Then I flipped him over my shoulder and onto the ground. I was about to start running again when I heard Madi's scream. "MADI!!" I yelled, I looked over to see some guy was lifting her off the ground by her waist. I ran towards him and jumped on his back. He let go of her and then she kicked him in the stomach. I jumped off and we started running but Madi got grabbed and before I could run toward her, the guy who grabbed her pulled out a gun and put it to her head. "NO!" I yelled as someone grabbed my arms and held them behind my back. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Alex and Madi end up getting kidnapped by the alpha and beta of one of the most powerful packs in America. The two are in for quite an adventure considering their terrible pasts. The two girls escape many things including; slutty girls, caffeinated drinks, new love and rival packs. The two also end up finding something about themselves that no one thought was possible.Complete

"She's my step-sister and she's like a sister to Alpha Vincent." James said making me smile. I sat down and saw Vincent and James shift into beautiful wolves. Vincent was a light brown wolf with red streaks, James was a gray wolf with bits of white on them. "Wow" I said. I hope they brought clothes since there previous ones are shredded to bits. Natalie laughed out. "Umm, guys did you bring extra clothes since those ones aren't worthy of being worn anymore." I said stifling my laughter. Their eyes popped out of their head at the thought of going home nude, I couldn't hold it back anymore, I was back in the same position laughing my head off with Natalie laughing my my head. "Ethan, please go get them some shorts." Marcus said smiling at their stupidity. I took off my hoodie and wrapped it around my waist because of the heat. James and Vincent stared at my shoulders, I looked down to see nothing there and was confused for a minute and then it clicked that my wounds had healed completely. I lifted my top slightly to see that there was a faint scar of the burn, I smiled at the thought of no more pain. I looked up to see the wolves were gone. "You have a lot of explaining to do young lady." I turned around to see Vincent and James with only shorts on. "I don't know what you mean?" I said innocently. I looked around to see Ethan gone. "We mean how did your wounds heal so quickly?" Vincent replied. "Well to get an answer you will have to catch me first." I said running off letting my wolf take over once again, Natalie shifts into my wolf and takes off. My name is Raven and I am 16 years old, ever since I was 13 I have been badly assaulted by my step-mother while my dad attends his business trips. My mother died when I was 13, I have brown long hair and light blue eyes with pale skin.Complete

I Fell in Love with a Bad Boy
CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. I'm different, I can read and see what people think. Every moment of everyday... it's not normal. I've been this way for too long. Ever since I saw my best friends dad die in front of my own two, once blue eyes. My now gold orbs, seeing the world for what it actually is.
