SYNTHETIC BLUE (Original Graphic Novel)

Year 2126 in Jokkmokk, Sweden.

Twelve-year-old Jane teams up with her only two friends - Oz and Lukas - to know why her father, Prime Minister Oskar Sandberg, established Blue City (a place for social outcasts) in a remote town up north and moved the entire family there. For some reason, the people outside of the city seems to avoid the Sandbergs.
