The Skylands (A Divergent fanfic)

Two long years after Tris was discovered dead, she wakes up- in a seemingly paradise place, called the Skylands. Everything is perfect in this wonderful afterlife- Tris is reunited with her parents, Uriah, and Will, and best of all, no psychopaths trying to kill her, like David. But all is not as it seems in this paradise- a demon from the Abyss has escaped to the mortal world, endangering Tobias, Christina, and all of Tris's other friends.
