From a simple conversation happening between two Filipina astronauts, to an individual confessing his true feelings to the person he loves, to a failed missing person's investigation and the lover searching for his whereabouts in the Philippines, to a story about the woeful memories surrounding a rabbit plushie in the United Kingdom; a conversation happening between people at night with a campfire, about spirits and passion, in Norway; to a dying animal's thoughts about the person that saved it, to the letters given to the person that matters to one's life, to a man trapped in a cursed town and more. These 30 stories compiled in the months of August 2023 - February 2024, made in handwritten yellow pad papers and shared to the world for the first time shows that there are ways we find to connect with others through the stories we tell to one another. Stories dealing with the loss of a loved one, the horrors of reality, about the challenges faced in life, a longing for the person we loved, the laughter shared in-between, the hopes we treasure for tomorrow and beyond and of the little interactions that happen in life. It is through the attachments, love, support, consistency, determination and dreams do we find the will to push through and accomplish what needs to be done that is set out for us to tackle. Goals and art; sacrifices made and understood; and the belief that chasing the dream is all worth it and that it helps us connect and inspire us to do what matters the most. Nicky thought she got things all figured out. She'd be very good at school and be the valedictorian of the single-section class of 2010 of the highly looked-up science high school in their island. And then, she'd get a full scholarship to her dream university. All was fairly well except for a few things like grappling her feelings towards a long-time crush. Just when Nicky thought she could get through high school without too much boy-drama, a somewhat seemingly love life with a boy or two and suddenly, maybe even three was finally catching up with her during the last few months before high school graduation.
