Her family has a long history of owning the local blacksmith: During the 100 year war, they would work together with the white lotus to defeat the fire nation and provide weapons and armor. The first people who owned the shop where not normal people, though. They were airbenders who ran away from the nomads to live their own lives. Now, their great-great granddaughter is writing her own story with some of the airbending genes.
