She listens to hipster indie pop music, speaks fluent sarcasm, cites Tumblr as academic sources on English papers, and blogs about a vegan lifestyle she doesn't even follow.

And that's why Adam Kane wants her.

Every four years the most prestigious Bennett high cliques battle it out for bragging rights and power by enlisting a member of the lowly Bennett high population through the 'selection'; a Bennet High competition, turned tradition, that pits the elite against the elite.

These selections are tasked with winning over the hearts of Bennett high and winning their clique another quarter of power.
