Ailith never expected to leave from the moment she stepped into the arena. she'd never thought she'd be let out of the cage. she'd always thought she would die with the eyes of the humans watcher her bleed out on the sands. now her expectations crumbled to dust as she and her companions were studied and chosen to be the first to be trained as warriors to fight for their captors. they'd be kept under the thumb of the royals the entire time. but her new expectations were far more bold than even she had originally thought she would ever have when the tables turned as she was assigned to the royal guard. she would find a way to avenge those lost in the arena. though she needed help, but the help of whom?

Being both human and demon is not an easy task. Especially when you're not excepted by one and have to hide your true self from the next. Anima Matoi is your typical Japanese girl but with a twist.
