Former Death Eater Draco Malfoy is given a choice by the Wizengamot: do his eighth year of school at Hogwarts under heavy guard, or do his last year as an exchange student in America. He winds up in Wellington, Florida, living at a horse stable bigger than Malfoy Manor and in the company of a nihilist cowgirl of a witch who might end up being scarier than facing Potter and his friends again.
