You, the reader of many stories, in this one, you aren't so special, not a princess nor a sorcerer, a mythical creature or deity. You're much similar to your true self, an ordinary person, well, bug, with extraordinary dreams and potential.
Dive into the rebirth of the great Hallownest and lose yourself in its dangerous caves and gardens, its crying cities, and the relics of a time long forgotten. Be amazed, bewildered as you find adventure in each corner, each and every chapter, verse and character. A tale woven perhaps without much experience or skill, but with love and dedication.
You will find mysterious Masters, shy princes, cryptic kings, and perhaps true love.

But would true love be just enough for a dying heart to beat again, a soaked candle to once again light its flame?
Or will he, and Hallownest, forever die again?

Perhaps nightmares do live.
Maybe dreams do come true, even if they seem so far and hidden.
Maybe you're not so ordinary.. could the destiny of the kingdoms and the masked ones really be upon your claws?

Vesper is an original character and story written by me ::) same goes for the cover.
The reader in the story is gender neutral, and refered to as Y/N. You fill that in with the name of your OC or your own name.
The concept of Hollow Knight, Hallownest, and the Grimm Troupe and everything else related to it belong to Team Cherry!
All other ideas belong to me, if anything I add (music, images) isnt my property I'll list the owner.
