Viola Brackett is an A student, except in sport. A note passed in class will change her relationship with her best friend and ultimately her life in school. Then a day in the garden turns her life upside down. Will it be for better or worse? As she discovers new places, an evil that no one expected threatens her entire existence. Will she take her rightful place or hide from the responsibility? (I suck at extremely long chapters so if you like short chapters, this is for you.
