After weeks of working one gruelling drug case, Jake finally gets a lead that can get him to one of the biggest suppliers in the city. However when the bust goes sideways, Jake ends up disappearing into thin air, his badge and gun discarded on the road and his radio smashed into thousands of pieces. After a year of searching, the nine-nine are still unable to find the missing detective and Amy, as well as the other detectives on that case, start to believe he's dead. By some miracle, however, one year after the detective goes missing, he shows up randomly in the precinct to report a crime. The one problem, he doesn't recognise the building or anyone inside of it. So in the Brooklyn Nine-Nine episode titled "Show Me Going" (5x20), Rosa goes to help other officers take down some shooters in Brooklyn Heights. The episode never shows the situation, only the squad's concern for Rosa back at the precinct. I've always wondered what happened exactly because Rosa avoids talking about it at the end of the episode. So I decided to write it myself! Obviously, the characters do not belong to me. I created a couple of characters just for the plot, and some of them are mentioned in the original episode's script (it'll make sense, trust me). !!!!!!! Zayne, Xavier, and Rafayel decide to band together to go after the Main Lead in the N109 zone. It has been too long since her departure into the dangerous territory, and fearing for her safety, the three meet and band together to save her. Little do they know what dangers may await them and that the Main Lead is with none other than Onychinus' infamous leader, Sylus. *Disclaimer: I have played with this little fan-fic for quite a while now, and at the request of others to publish it for fun, I finally decided to. The majority of this story was written before the latest chapters from the game came out. Some of the ideas are also my own fan theories, and may not be perfectly matched to the story or what is Cannon, thus, keeping this story a fan-fic. Fan-fictions, in essence, are not always representative of the truths of what they are reflecting or about. There may be inconsistencies with the game and the lore, and those are liberties I have chosen to take to add my own twists to this story, and some things I have added are to help fill in the gaps for what we do not know yet or may suspect will happen in the future. It is meant to be a fun exploration of the characters and world and about how our MFL gets out of the N109 Zone and what would happen if all her "reverse harem" boys were to come in to save her. ;) One thing to note is that anything to do with the name or reference to our MFL character I have chosen to frame in brackets, ie [Her]. I decided to do this to leave our MFL "nameless" so that those reading can imagine their own version of their character and their character's name as they read. :) I have done this in short, little parts, or chapters, if you will, and am planning on releasing this chapter by chapter, as time permits me to do so.
