My OC get's isekai'd to the world of One Piece

This is fan thought experiment that basically replaces Luffy with another protagonist and see how they handle things themselves, with some ground rules:

1. He initially doesn't know anybody and doesn't have any ties or bearing to the world of One Piece, he's just isekai'ed there

2. Only he knows how to use Nen, and can't use haki

3. He might not get devil fruit powers due to not wanting to never swim again but might collect devil fruits for incase he needs something of a power-up in a pinch like the goro-goro no mi

4. Due to being isekai'ed he will not really have drives or goals except to maybe explore and wander the world of One Piece, meet new girls to possibly add to his crew, develop his abilities,and find worthy opponents to test his abilities against them

5. We will start at Orange Town since he has no ties to the world of One Piece

6. He will start off with 100000 Berii

7. He will have his weapons at the start (i.e. kusari gama and nodachi)

8. Zoro won't exist
