The time of peace was over. War was coming, and it drew Gawain, a talented bard with a silver tongue, and Willow, a skilled leader and fighter, to honour their house vows and join Robb Stark in the impending conflict. As the war unfolded, their lives took a downward spiral, and they found themselves entangled in the treacherous Game of Thrones, where victory meant survival and defeat spelled death. The Shackleys were not known for being winners in the cutthroat political landscape.

Amaryllis, a shrewd and ambitious member of House Lannister, refused to accept anything less than victory. She had been raised in a world where Lannisters were expected to come out on top, and she was determined to uphold that legacy.

Amidst the brewing storm, Nario, captain of a pirate ship, remained indifferent to the intrigues of Westeros. He cared little for the game being played on land, but his healer, Rys, had a peculiar fascination with the continent. As they faced their respective destinies, Nario's indifference began to wane, and he realized the true depth of Rys's concern for the realm.

As the drums of war grew louder, five distinct paths converged, each holding a key to the fate of the Seven Kingdoms and the coveted throne. All forced to play a game where winning meant living and loosing meant death.

Before the Targaryens sailed across the Narrow Sea and claimed Westeros, another Valyrian house staked a claim in the northernmost portion of the country. House Reneperzys, commonly known as Redfyre, came to the country almost three hundred years before Daenys the Dreamer saw the fall of Valyria. They left to the east, crossing Essos in its entirety before arriving north of the Wall and settling in what would be known as the Red Scale mountains. The Kings and Queens of winter, titles dedicated for those fortunate to rule over the Red Scales, made certain that their power -their blood ties to Old Valyria just as much as their dragon bonds- remained hidden and their intentions always pure. There would always be but one threat that mattered: the great threat of the Others come to start the Long Night. This is the story of Vaela Redfyre, heir to the Throne of Winter and a princess in the North. Of her journeys south of the Wall circa 297 AC, her bonds forged with lions and wolves alike, and her familial quest to beat out the Others before the Long Night begins. [ This book will be based on lore from both the show and the books. So now, Riva is trying to survive the harsh conditions of Westeros but at least Jaime Lannister and his love for her is still there...that is if they still remember each other.
