The Star Ship Sin Eater was supposed to be a colony ship. Created in record time by a group desperate to leave Earth, corners were cut, and mistakes were made.
Ideally it would reach its goal in 10 years, a new world where the crew could live with their own ideals rather than the laws of Earth.
Yet, one asteroid field later something is off. Something is growing throughout the ship. In the outer decks predators are stirring. In the inner decks tensions rise.

Over the next century Earth had made countless achievements in Space Exploration were made, it wasn't until the late 21st century that the first human colony on Mars was establish. This milestone proved humanity could both survive and thrive off of Earth. Eliminating any doubt that humanity was capable of claiming the stars themselves. The Horizon Project became humanity's most daring project, the construction of humanity's first ever Interstellar Colony Ship. Named after the Project since the success of this Project meant new shores were on the Horizon.
