(DISCLAIMER: I wrote this when I had just became a fan of the Crüe and this was my first Nikki fanfic, so it is not very good. I wrote a remastered version of this book that's completely different than this version!) Nikki meets a girl who instantly catches his eye at The Whiskey. Carly was in the same boat as Nikki with trying to block him out. drugs and alcohol, but just like Nikki; she's now clean, as well. Both have moved on with their lives, they probably don't even really remember the other too well. Until one day, Carly gets a call from their other manager about the replacement and has to come back. She has to come face-to-face with her first love once again. Nikki has no knowledge of this, as far as he's concerned, Carly left. Never to return. What'll happen when he sees the first girl he ever fell in love with? Will this be Carly and Nikki's second chance? Or is it all for a lost cause?
