Rarity Belle was Crystal Prep Academy's "Ace." But when she discovered that her best friend, Vignette Valencia, and their team members were merely exploiting her to get to nationals, she transferred to another power school named Canterlot High School to seek revenge. She was shortly joined by Applejack, the official Ace of Canterlot.
