kalopsia: The delusion of things being more beautiful than they are. Marriage. The epitome of what every girl should dream of. The reality of it ends you with a broken heart, ruining whatever love you had for the other person. A meaningless paper takes down all the masks and glamor to reveal the ugly nightmare of marriage truly is; a prison. At thirteen I finally understood what I wanted from life: control and freedom. My happily ever after isn't some dream fairytale, it ends with me in the far away land of New York City, growing my empire to be an indomitable fortress. No it wasn't love that was going to make me happy; money and power, however, now that would be my heaven.

But fate, family, and a silent obsession bound her to Dakshwesh- a man with eyes full of storms. He is not her prince charming. He is her greatest test. Cruel with his words, cold in his touch. Daksh hides his wounds behind arrogance and indifference. He listens to her silence, even if he pretends he doesn't hear her voice. > "𝑯𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍... 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏'𝒕 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐𝒐 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉." She hides a love she swore to bury. She bleeds and breaks, but stands tall. One day, the shadows will speak. And when they do, will it be too late for love? "𝙎𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙬 𝙤𝙣𝙚."
