Mylo's hopes of having a calm summer with the Malfoys like every other year were gone after he was basically forcefully taken to New York to go to this Camp for kids like him.
Upon being forced into a quest he did not want to participate in and having to hide his true heritage for two summers in camp, all his hopes of a kind-of-normal life go out of the window when danger follows him every step he takes, even in his years at Hogwarts.
