Mikey is the happy-go-lucky one. Always laughing, smiling, pranking...heck, he'd be awarded the most smiles award if there were one. When Mikey screws-up yet again, his brothers decide it is the last straw, and decide to give Mikey a dressing-down. And a very angry one at that. Everything goes downhill when Mikey decides to take his brother's harsh words to heart. Will they be able to save Mikey from himself as he changes for the worst? They sure hope so. Leo, Donnie and Raph venture into Mikey's mind, trying to save their brother before he becomes their worst nightmare. How will they unravel Mikey's secrets? Will they be able to help him in time before it is too late? Or will Mikey they knew and loved be lost to his dark side forever?

Following a fiery argument with Leonardo, Raphael seeks solace in the quiet solitude of the riverbank. He is seeking peace and fresh air to cool his anger, but instead, he finds himself face-to-face with a horrifying scene. A young girl, barely six, lies on the ground, barely clinging to life. Her small body is covered in blood, bruises, and cuts. The sight shocks Raphael to his core. Will Raphael's anger at Leo fade away in the face of this innocent child's suffering? How will Raphael's protective instincts kick in? Will he rush to help the girl, risking his own safety? "D-Donnie-" "Just get out." Donnie's voice is quiet again, his hand shaking as he picks up a paper. "Get out and let me figure this out in peace." Something rises in the leader, similar to the gut instinct he gains when his team is about to walk into a trap, or there's a danger lurking just out of sight. He knows that it would be easy to leave, to obey his stressed younger brother and allow him to continue his work. In a way, this had been what he'd wanted, hadn't it? But this is wrong. Donnie had left during their argument a few evening before. Left on a horrible note of blame and anger and stress that hadn't faded. His little brother may not have realized it yet, but they needed to remedy this or it was only going to get worse. Leo started this, and now he's going to finish it.Complete
