You're also then, quite aware of Eri. The equally mysterious and precious little girl who was a huge plot point of season four. Eri's origins are very vague, but here is what we do know about her: 
-She's 6 years old.
-Her quirk is rewind. 
-She's the granddaughter of  the leader of the Shie Hassaikai.
-Her quirk is unlike anything on either side of the family,  a "mutation."
-Her mother abandoned her.
-She touched her father and he disappeared.

However, the mark is black, and you only get your mark when you turn 14. When the moment happens, the mark begins to glow and from then on is their hair color. However the soulmate thing won't pop up in the story for a while because people tend to ignore it. It is a thing you only talk about with people close to you.
