When 12 year old Rosie Dolan has a major problem in her life, she is sent to an orphanage. Not in her hometown Beverly Hills California. In a gross cold place. Cleveland. She used to live the good life. She was used to being greeted at the door of her mansion with her butler. She used to go to the most expensive stores and get any clothes she wanted. She used to travel around in a limousine with her movie star parents. She had everything she could ever want. Not anymore. She hates her new life and her and her new friend Annie make a plan to escape the orphanage that they agree feels like a jail. Will their plan work and will they be free forever? Or will they just cause a problem?
