I remember laying in my bed, the room bathed in complete and utter darkness. The harmless clothes on my char morphing into monsters, and the creaking in trees outside becoming deafeningly load. But that was not the worst of it, it was the feeling of fear that had my heart beating out of my chest, the feeling of despair like all my hope had been stolen by the darkness and there was no way to bring in light, and the feeling loneliness like there was no one around for miles. These feeling would pin me down trapping me, I would go for hours not even moving a muscle, my chest feeling tight from emotions. When it would get to much a scream would escape my lips. Who knew that all you need to do to fight the darkness is to turn on the light. My grandmother used to tell me stories when I was younger about a magical world that has been in hiding for hundreds of years, there were the elves, fairies, goblins, and all those mythical creatures. These of course were just bedtime stories she told me to lull me to sleep, or so I thought until one of those creature showed up in my room one night.

He's silent for a long moment, pondering my offer. Eventually he quirks his fingers at me. "Lean closer." Bracing myself against the table, I lean over it toward him, noting every detail about his face as I get closer. Every hair, every freckle. His beautiful is unimaginable. His breath warms my skin, dancing over my ear as I dip my head toward him. Will he kiss me, and make good on my sinful thoughts? His voice is like an erotic caress as he murmurs in my ear, "I'm a murderer." *** She cannot escape him.
