Forever Yizhan

This is my first time writing a story.
Please bear with my mistakes and simple English words which I m going to use in this story

Xiao Zhan and Wang Yi bo knows each other from their birth to till now. Bcoz they lived half of their life in the hospital together. Yeah. You read it right. They both born in same month & same year. Both have same blood type and both are sick from childhood and so they are each other's playmate in the hospital.

Zhan is suffering from heart disease CAD and yibo is suffering from lung disease CODP. Both are living with the disease from their childhood and they know their life can end at any time. So they live each and everyday to the fullest. Their friendship turned to love after they reach teenage. But will their love have a happy end??!!
