Meredith is a Crossbreed. Those things that no one talks to. The things that everyone despises because pure blood doesn't run through their veins.
Meredith is half mermaid, half vampire. She has a soul mate that will be pure vampire. Meredith has never come in contact with a pure vampire or pure mermaid that did not hate her just because of what she was. She has lost all hope of her mate accepting her. Meredith has no friends. She doesn't get bullied, she gets ignored; which is worse than being physically abused.
Her mother and father don't claim her in public as theirs so they can uphold their positions directly under the vampire king and queen.
Things may start to look up when Meredith finally meets her mate. Will he accept her or reject her? And just who is this mysterious mate of hers?
This is my first story so give it a chance please!
