Lance gets injured protecting Keith leading to another bonding moment, but when Lance wakes up Keith is mad at him, Lance can't figure out why Keith is angry, he thought they were starting to get along or were at least better than you could die and I wouldn't care.

 Keith is upset, because he can't keep watching Lance get hurt. Because if he keeps being reckless he might actually die and Keith doesn't know what he would do with himself if Lance did die.

One morning Keith went to get lance for training and he see's lance on his bed and thought nothing of it, because he thought he was sleeping, but now he was bleeding out on the bed after a mental breakdown about how disgusting he is for liking a male. They get in contact with earth and Lance visits his family, and tries to find the fact that Keith is his boyfriend. But in a heated make-out session, Lance's twin sister walked in on him and keith. Lance's sister outed him to his family. They got married but halfway through the reception there was an attack.
