Villain dekusquad AU

Heroes have constantly failed the Dekusquad. They have seen the bad in the justice system time and time again.

One by one, Uraraka, Tsuyu, Iida and Todoroki join Midoriya as they try to change the hero society through the act of villainy.

Can they be turned to the hero side or will they rule as villains?

Of course, Todoroki hates that, thinking he would have been alone and get everything for himself. He decides then to become a real enemy to Midoriya, making his life as hard as possible, allying with another kid in 1-A at UA, Bakugo Katsuki.
