While Katerina was running. Her twin sister was in Europe where she met fell in love and married  The Physcotic Original brother Kol MIkaelson. She has her own grudge against his siblings. Especially after 1914. She hasn't been able to find her sister and her husband is daggered she is not a nice girl when tempted.
She comes back to her home to find that everything has changed. She hasn't seen her sister in a century she now has a step daughter and a niece. But she has always been the Jealous/protective type. 
She and Rebekah may not really get along. But that doesn't mean that she is going anywhere she'll have to adjust to the new changes but when you love someone your willing to do anything
